Hot Lunches
Our hot lunch program with BIG APPLE PIZZA & PASTA is going well. Lunches are $3.00 a day and can be ordered for any day that you choose. Payment for the week is due on Monday. The menu is as follows;
Monday: Ziti pasta with sauce/garlic knots/ salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Tuesday: Vegetarian hot dogs/chips
Wednesday: Soft bean taco/ apple sauce, salad or Macaroni& cheese/salad /apple sauce
Thursday: Grilled Cheese, fries or eggplant sandwiches/chips
Friday: SCHOOL OUT AT 1:30 pm. Pizza/juice/veggiess
This menu reflects an alternating Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday meal.

JES was visited for the full morning on Tuesday by a reporter for the Tribune who is interested in doing a thorough article on our school. After observing all classes for at least an hour each and watching the interaction between the students, she expressed appreciation for what she said she does not usually see in the public school setting, that being true respect reflected between the JES students.
